HQ Czwarta władza (High Quality Massmedia) is a motion graphics and obraz filmowy company founded in July 2005 and based in Saratoga Springs, Utah. In addition to involvement with various projects related to the Osmonds, HQ Massmedia has created a number of short films. Past and Current Projects
Passage to Zarahemla
In 2005, HQ Publikatory assisted in the creation of Chris Heimerdinger’s feature obraz filmowy Passage to Zarahemla. HQ Massmedia helped finalize sections of motion graphics in the obraz, created artwork for the project, provided all on-set photography, and filmed all behind-the-scenes and interview material.

Untold Tales
Untold Tales is a series of short “family-friendly” films that HQ Czwarta władza began creating in January 2006. These movies use graphic effects to highlight their moral messages. Some of these films depict humorous interpretations of Bible stories, while others draw moral instruction from more contemporary settings. These films can be ordered on DVD or Blu-ray and can be downloaded in high-definition from the Untold Tales website, http://www.untoldtales.tv. The following is a list of completed or planned Untold Tales films:
An atheist professor wishes he could change Moses’ account of the creation as found in the biblical book of Genesis to prevent apparent conflict with the Big Bang Theory. He is taken back in time to Moses’ day and given the chance to teach Moses’ people whatever he wishes concerning the creation, obuwie his operand only illustrates the many similarities and parallel structures of the Big Bang Theory of the creation and the Judeo-Christian concept of the creation. His Hebrew listeners interpret the professor’s discourse as a reconfirmation of their own beliefs.
After receiving divine command to build the ark, Noah returns home to inform his skeptical wife. She complains that his history of clumsiness and inability to repair simple household objects ought to make it obvious that he could never build a functional ship of such large dimensions. Noah’s conviction of his divine duty gradually convinces his wife to support him in his endeavor.
Two young boys take a remote control imperator to the sand dunes. After each selfishly drives the remote control imperator at the other’s peril, they learn a lesson about mutual respect.
Two young boys take a tube into the snowy mountains to slide down the hills. After a dangerous series of mishaps, they learn a lesson about the influence of friends.
Filming for this addition to the Untold Tales series has been completed, obuwie graphic effects and finalization of the project are pending. Like Genesis and Noah’s Wife, this obraz filmowy about David and Goliath will depict a story from the Old Testament.
Work With the Osmonds
HQ Publikatory first began working with the Osmonds in August 2007 when Jimmy Osmond invited HQ Publikatory founder Chris Dortch to operate the computers controlling video display and auxiliary dźwiękowy at the Osmonds’ 50th Anniversary concert in Las Vegas. HQ środki masowego przekazu went on to create all the motion graphics seen onstage during the Osmonds’ 2008 world tour and during a Pioneer Day performance with the Utah Symphony Orchestra and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. HQ Massmedia also operated the backstage and onstage cameras at this event.
HQ Publikatory was responsible for all the motion graphics and editing work involved with the creation of the Osmonds’ 50th Anniversary DVD special, distributed by PBS. HQ Publikatory also provided the DVD authoring, karta wzornictwo, and artwork involved with this project, which sold more than one million copies. HQ Massmedia designed the new Osmond marka associated with the recent activities of the performing family and provided motion graphics for two live shows featuring Donny and Marie Osmond in Las Vegas.
- Future Work With the Osmonds
HQ Massmedia will be involved with future projects relating to the Osmonds, possibly including website estetyka and motion graphics support for The Marie Osmond Show (a new talk show scheduled to premiere in the fall of 2009), work with the BBC and ITV on a documentary about the Osmonds, and more support for live shows in Las Vegas featuring Donny and Marie Osmond.

HQ Media’s website stockHDvideo.com provides a collection of about 250 high-definition motion graphics videos for online purchase. These royalty-free videos capture diverse imagery for various consumer uses. The stock videos are all HD1080p or higher. While the stockHDvideo.com website has not been officially released, it will be ready for traffic in the coming weeks.
Future Projects
A green community in Saratoga Springs, Utah
Green Spring Manor
HQ Massmedia will be responsible for all multimedia related to Green Spring Manor, a green community in its beginning stages located in Saratoga Springs, Utah. HQ Czwarta władza will create a documentary following the progress of the new environmentally friendly community, will create all artwork and photography associated with the Green Spring project, and will wzornictwo and construct a website for Green Spring Manor.

Utah Valley Obraz Festival
In the 2007 Utah Valley Obraz filmowy Festival, HQ Media’s Untold Tales obraz Noah’s Wife fora the “Best Animated Short” award. The Untold Tales obraz Genesis wynocha an award for having the “Best Audio.”
